How do I register my student?
All middle school students are invited to participate, but parents must complete the online registration form, granting permission for their student(s) to participate in any after school activities on campus at Robinson from 3:00 to 5:00pm. Once submitted, students are invited to stay for any after school program for the 2022-2023 school year, including SGA sponsored special events!

Programs sponsored by a community partner will require additional parental authorization. 

On what days and times are clubs offered?

Most clubs and activities meet from 3:00 - 4:30pm on our late bus days - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. A few activities meet on Tuesdays and Fridays with parent pick-up required at sponsor determined times. No activities are offered on students holidays or early release days.

Who sponsors the clubs? 
Robinson teachers, counselors, and coaches sponsor activities for the benefit of our students. Additionally, adults from various business partnerships deliver and support some of our after school programs, such as the Voices of Now program offered by Arena Stage in Washington, DC. 

How do students know what clubs are offered?
Students should access the Clubs Master List posted on Schoology under Resources to view options and join clubs of interest, or check out the Weekly Schedule updated for each quarter of the year. Program details and announcements will also be posted in the Schoology grade level and club specific groups and in the Ram Blast News You Choose bulletin emailed weekly to parents. 

How do students know when clubs are offered?

Students can use the Club-By-Day Quarter Schedule to view clubs offered by day to help plan their time. Meeting locations are posted as well on Schoology and locker bay TVs each day. 

How do students join clubs?

Due to space limitations and club capacities, a daily club and activity sign-up form will be posted on Schoology at 9:30am on late bus days, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Some activities require preregistration for all sessions due to program design, will utilize a separate registration form (posted on Schoology) and students will not need to use the daily sign-up form. 

Steps to Join After-School Activities Summarized?

Complete the Registration and Permission Form from Schoology, good for entire academic year of clubs. 

Utilize the Daily Sign-Up Google Form posted each day clubs run at 9:30am. If a club is not on the sign-up, its capacity has been reached for that day, or the teacher sponsoring the club is unavailable. 

Attend your club directly after 2:45 dismissal, and complete the attendance check in when you arrive. 

Clubs are dismissed at 4:30 to kiss and ride/ walkers, late bus riders wait with a late bus pass outside entrance 3. Buses depart at 5:00 pm.
