Ms. Wong Recognized as the FCPS 2023 Region 4 Outstanding School-Based Leader
Congratulations to Associate Principal Ann Wong on her recognition as the FCPS 2023 Region 4 Outstanding School-Based Leader at this year's FCPS Honors event, held at George Mason University Center for the Arts on June 14th.
True to the quote on her office wall, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” Ann leads by example and models best practices. Ann is responsible for establishing a school leadership plan to support instructional practices that impact student growth. In doing so, she guides the work of the Instructional Council, Collaborative Team leaders, and schoolwide professional development to elevate excellence for all. Ann is dedicated to creating an inclusive, caring culture and fosters strong relationships with students, staff, and the Robinson community. One of her teachers noted, “Ann has proved to be a supportive, positive, and motivational leader. She deeply cares about education and does what is best for teachers and students at Robinson.”
