Please congratulate the 2017 yearbook staff members for winning the Gold Crown from Columbia Scholastic Press Association in New York this past weekend. We were the only Gold Crown winner from Virginia, other nominated books won silver.

All of the Orchestra Assessments are completed for this school year and the results are as follows:

HS Philharmonic/Concert Orchestras – Superior Rating

HS Chamber Orchestra – Superior Rating

HS Sinfonia – Excellent Rating

MS Sinfonietta – Superior Rating

MS Concert Orchestra – Superior Rating

MS String Ensemble – Superior Rating

All of our students worked hard to earn these ratings and Mrs. Rupert and Ms. Fitzgerald couldn’t be more pleased with the level of commitment and work ethic shown throughout the preparation process.

Middle School Symphonic Band members for earning straight superior ratings at the District Band Assessment at Lake Braddock this past Saturday.

Mr Horanski also want to extend congratulations to all of the Middle and High School Choirs at Robinson who received Superior Ratings at their concert assessments on March 10, 16 and 17.  While the affirmation of the Superior Ratings are nice, the way the students take pride in their work, support one another and show up to give their very best is what stands out the most.

Please join us in congratulating our Robinson Bands as Symphonic Band attended concert assessment today. With a straight superior rating for Robinson Symphonic Band, Robinson is a Virginia Honor Band for the 30th year. This distinction is a direct result of their hard work to earn a superior rating in the fall with the Marching Rams and now at concert assessment. We are so very proud of them.  Thank you for your support of these talented students!!!  There are only TWO 30 year Honor Bands in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  This is truly an exciting accolade.

Go Rams!
