Robinson Secondary School is named in honor of James W. Robinson Jr. who lost his life in the Vietnam conflict.   You can learn more about James W. Robinson Jr. by visiting Our Namesake page on our website.

Every Veteran's Day, our school takes time out of our school day to honor those who serve and have served in our military, and also to honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.  This year, our program was live streamed on Ram Network.  Chantilly HS Air Force ROTC students presented the colors.  Robinson Singers and Select Women's Ensemble sang the National Anthem as well as America.  Welcoming remarks were made by our principal, Matt Eline, and Jayne Dunnum placed the wreath next to the James W. Robinson Jr. Memorial.  James Carter, one of our high school counselors, who is also a retired Commander in the US Navy gave the commemoration address. Senior trumpet player, Andrew Dunetz closed the ceremony with the playing of Taps.

Robinson Secondary School is proud to have such a rich tradition of commemoration and thanks our service men and women honoring America.
