The Robinson Band program is participating in the National Concert Band Festival in Indianapolis, Indiana. Robinson is one of 16 bands in the nation to perform on the Featured Stage beginning Wednesday, 03/14/2018. This festival brings together some of the best groups in the country to perform for a Who’s Who of collegiate wind band professors, clinicians and soloists. This is a tremendous honor for our students.  The send-off concert is in Russell Theater on March 12th at 8:15pm and is free and open to all.

Robinson Jazz Bands hosted Sweets and Swings in February.  Audience members were treated to some cool jazz as well and some tasty sweets.

Robinson HS and MS orchestras were well-represented at the District Honors Orchestra Event at George Mason University in January.  Twelve High School students and sixteen middle school participated in the Honors Concert.

Recently our Drama department presented School House RockLive!  In School House Rock Schoolhouse Live, a nerve-wracked school teacher named Tom won his students over with imagination and music, through such songs as "Just a Bill," "Lolly, Lolly, Lolly" and "Conjunction Junction."
