National School Counseling Week

The week of February 7 - 11 is upon us.  We would like to show our gratitude to our Student Services Department.  They support our students and staff in so many ways behind the scenes to make our school run smoothly.  Student Services staff members assist students with course planning, respond to students in need of a caring adult, and provide consultations to families. All FCPS High Schools have a Career Center Specialist who works closely with school counselors to assist students in post secondary college and career choices. Our school counselors, social workers, and psychologists support the whole child by helping students to grow personally and socially in addition to supporting their academic growth.  Our office staff registers new students, creates class schedules, fills transcript requests and much, much more.
