The Information Systems and Design, Multimedia and Web Technologies classes partnered with FECEP/Head Start to learn about computers as they made coloring book pages to give to the INOVA Hospital Children’s Pediatric center as part of the FBLA community service project.  The pages will be incorporated into booklets with pages made by all of the Business students in their FBLA meetings.

The high school students enjoyed the project so much, they asked if we could have another day to work with them in the spring.  When asked what the preschoolers liked best about coming upstairs to the computer lab, Mrs. Ortiz said that the students replied, playing games, drawing pictures, having fun, coloring, hugging, printing pictures, making new friends, and candy.  It was truly a heartwarming activity for all.
