Robinson Secondary School is proud to congratulate Mr. Arndt and Ms. Hutson

David Arndt recently received the FCPSCares of the Month Award for Region 4.  Mr. Arndt is one of our middle school math teachers.  The following paragraph was written by one of his students.  We are so lucky to have him here at Robinson.

"Mr. Arndt has been incredibly helpful this year teaching algebra. Whenever I'm having issues understanding a topic, he sits down and explains how to do it until I understand. He always makes sure to move slowly while teaching and gives us lots of practice. When we answer questions correctly, he gives us candy as a reward. Also, when we turn in our tests he explains why we got questions wrong and helps us re-learn the material. Mr. Arndt makes math fun by doing class kahoots and teaching us tricks for solving equations. I love math with Mr. Arndt!"

Robinson Secondary School would also like to give a shout out to Ms. Hutson.  Pam Hutson  is our High School Special Education Department Chair.  Ms Hutson was selected to receive a 2018 FCPS Individual Excellence Award! This honor recognizes and celebrates her commitment to serve FCPS with the highest degree of dedication and professionalism.  We commend your personal efforts and achievements that produce exceptional results while supporting our school system’s mission and vision.
