Learn to Breathe - Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Group for 9th & 10th Grade Students
Would your student benefit from learning skills to reduce stress and anxiety? 9th and 10th grade students are invited to a six week Learn to Breathe group being offered after school from 3:00-4:00 on the following Wednesdays:
- October 23
- October 30
- November 6
- November 13
- November 20
- December 4
Meetings will be held in the Calm Cafe in the Gold Cafeteria. Snacks will be provided, and students can take the late bus home! Please register at https://forms.gle/Zy2ttkenaRnpc94H7. Registration ends on October 21!
