Use age appropriate equipment to complete a self-guided workout program.  Sign-up at lunch each day you plan to use the facility.  Space is limited to 30 students. PE uniform required.

The fitness room will open in early October once all 7th grade PE classes have received their introductory lesson on proper and safe use of the equipment.
