We would like to congratulate Hana Choi, a senior here at Robinson, for presenting at The Global Health Leaders Conference at Johns Hopkins University,  which was held virtually throughout the summer.  The international conference is a premier global health education program led by Johns Hopkins University students and faculty; at the conference, emerging global health leaders in grades 9-12 from around the world learn from one another and some of the world’s leaders in global health and medicine.

Hana was one of the few students from Virginia  admitted into our highly selective program this year and chosen to present. Hana wonderfully represented Robinson Secondary School  and Virginia in The Global Health Leaders Conference at Johns Hopkins University.

  • Hana presented on the reproductive health of disabled peoples in Ethiopia, India, and the United States of America to cover the implications of culture and social structure on enforcement and legislation for reproductive health. She aims to highlight the global and communal approaches to strengthening reproductive health for disabled people.
