Meal Account Refunds

Request meal account refunds by e-mailing the following information to: mealaccountrefund@fcps.edu:

  • Student Name
  • Student ID# (listed on the student's schedule)
  • School Name
  • Parent Name
  • Street Address
  • City, State and Zip Code
  • Phone #

MySchoolbucks.com users must log in and deactivate automatic “Smart Pay” settings as the payment method prior to requesting refund. If “Smart Pay” is not deactivated, credit cards will be automatically charged when the funds are removed from the account and will require parents to make another refund request. Refunds should be expected by mail within six weeks
