Robinson Speech and Debate Club is looking for adult volunteers to help judge Speech and Debate competitions!

For Speech events, judges listen to student performances and give written scores and feedback. For Debate events, judges listen to both arguments and decide which side was better presented, as well as giving written feedback. Events are held on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at various high schools around the area.

Requirements:

• Over the age of 18
• Graduated from high school (no current students)
• Have a laptop with internet access

We will be offering an in-person Judge Training session on the morning of October 5 at Annandale High School, and a virtual Judge training session on October 12.

Please note that by registering for a judge training session, you are agreeing to judge for at least one Saturday event.
